Baltimore/Washington International

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), is one of the three airports serving the Baltimore–Washington D.C. metropolitan area. BWI Airport is located in Linthicum Heights, Anne Arundel County, 9 miles (14 km) south of downtown Baltimore and 30 miles (48 km) northeast of Washington D.C. Baltimore–Washington Airport has a single passenger terminal that handles both international and domestic flights. This airport is located just 10 miles from the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel where the conference is located.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), is a national airport in Arlington, Virginia, across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C. The airport is 5 miles (8.0 km) from downtown Washington D.C. and the border is visible from the airport. Note: Flights into and out of the airport are generally not allowed to exceed 1,250 statute miles (2,010 km) in any direction nonstop because of security restrictions due to its close proximity to the Nation's capitol. This airport is located 41 miles from the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel where the conference is located.

Washington Dulles International Airport

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD),  is an international airport located in Loudoun County and Fairfax County in Virginia, 26 miles (42 km) west of Downtown Washington, D.C.  Dulles is considered the region's international air hub, with dozens of nonstop international flights handling approximately 90% of the international passenger traffic in the Baltimore–Washington region. This airport is located 70 miles from the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel where the conference is located.

Ground Transportation

Light rail is available from Baltimore/Washington International Airport to the hotel. Exit the light rail at the Camden Yard stop, then walk north about one block to the hotel at 401 W Pratt St.

Parking

Self parking at Holiday Inn Baltimore - Inner Harbor is available for a daily rate of 25 USD. 

COVID Requirements and Regulations

All international travelers are required to have a COVID test to travel to the US. Additionally, most countries also require a test for entry. Please check with your local requirements to understand what will be required for your travel. The PSA urges you to research the requirements for your travel thoroughly.

If you require a COVID test to reenter your country or for some other reason, please consult this list of testing locations in Baltimore. Booking in advance is recommended. Self-tests may be permissible; however, they usually need to be accompanied by a telehealth consultation. Generally, tests must be administered with three days of departure.
