Policies
Tax Policy: Room Rates shown do not include 9.50% Occupancy Tax, 2.00% Baltimore Tourism Assessment, and 6.00% State Tax Per Night (subject to change). Total charges presented on the website will include all room fees and taxes.
Cancellation Policy: 1 night deposit required. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
Child Policy: Children 18 years or younger will stay free of charge in their parent's room. An additional $20.00 will be charged for children over 18 years.
